Office Manager
Mickie oversees and coordinates multiple aspects of financial and legal documentation, including purchasing, sales, and working directly with attorneys, bankers, processors and realtors. One of MACK’s original employees, Mickie will soon be celebrating her tenth year with our company. She holds a BS in Business Administration and a BA in English Literature from Governors State University.
Executive Assistant
Kim brings to Mack Companies over sixteen years of experience in office administration and various accounting functions. She works in conjunction with our bookkeeping department in our Accounts Payable division and has quickly become a valuable asset to our organization. Kim holds a degree in Office Information Systems.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Jody came to MACK after 17 years with Remax. She is a specialist at evaluating home values based on “comps” or similar property comparisons in the neighborhood. This skill is employed whenever MACK purchases a home, which it does 2-3 times a week. Other duties include payroll for all contractors, maintenance of utilities, and bill payment on existing homes.
Property Management Assistant
Sue manages the multitude of services required in maintaining MACK’s hundreds of properties. Her duties includes scheduling contractor appointments, setting up rental licenses and utilities with villages, and the general upkeep of all properties. In addition, she is responsible for reconciling invoicing for current and past tenants. Prior to joining Mack Sue honed her excellent customer service skills at Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
Property Management Assistant
Harmony handles insurance and investor statements, along with taxes and other legal issues impacting MACK’s portfolio of properties. In addition, she works diligently to ideally coordinate contractor services to satisfy tenant housing needs. Harmony has a strong background in both property management and as a leasing agent having worked with a major suburban multi-unit group prior to joining MACK.
